AI and infrastructure for business - secure environments ready for operation
We design and deliver AI environments for companies working with operational and confidential data. We combine architecture, hardware, security, integrations and maintenance so that AI can run reliably in your organisation’s real processes.
You don’t need to know where to start. We’ll show you the right path instead of leaving you with a list of separate services to piece together yourself.

Choose an area
The question isn't "is it worth it", but "what form to choose"
None of these questions can be answered in isolation from the others. And “it depends” lets you neither plan a budget nor get the project moving.
- What solution architecture: private, public cloud or hybrid?
- How much computing power will realistically be needed?
- Which AI models should be chosen for a specific task?
- How do you ensure continuity of operation once the solution becomes part of daily work?
Who it's for
For those responsible for the investment decision and its consequences
Not for choosing a specific tool. That’s what technical teams are for, and we’ll support them at a later stage.
-
Boards and IT directors
Planning AI implementation across the entire organisation.
-
Manufacturing and operations companies
Working with data from the shop floor, the warehouse and operational systems.
-
Multi-site organisations
Several locations or companies requiring a shared architecture.
-
Regulated entities
And anyone whose data cannot go to public AI tools.
Where we start
An audit, then tailored options
We don’t start by proposing a solution. We start with an audit, after which we present options matched to the needs we have established together with you, not to a ready-made catalogue.
The result is concrete: what is worth doing, in what order, in what form and at what cost. On that basis, you make the decision.
We show you places where you hadn't thought of AI
People working inside a company rarely see their own process from the outside. We look at it with the experience of several dozen technology implementations and usually find applications that weren’t on the list.
How we run the project
From analysis to maintenance, in a single process. At every stage there is one lead team and one point of contact. This also applies when hardware suppliers or external contractors are involved in the project.
Security
Standards built into the solution, not added on after implementation
We deliver the solution with all current security standards implemented, selected according to where and in what form it operates.
-
What we don't promise
Complete security or zero risk. Nobody who knows what they are talking about makes such claims.
-
What we agree on specifically
In what environment your data is processed, who has access to it and how responsibility is divided on both sides.
General contracting
Why one contractor for everything
An AI project rarely ends with software. It usually involves hardware, the environment, integrations with what is already running, sometimes deliveries and work by several companies, and at times also securing funding or running a tender procedure.
We do all of this within one project, with single accountability for the result. The client doesn’t coordinate three suppliers or work out whose side the problem is on when something doesn’t work.
We apply the same approach in projects covering several locations or group companies, where, in addition to the solution itself, an architecture shared across the entire organisation has to be designed.
In one project:

- Needs analysis and architecture design
- Hardware selection and delivery
- Coordination of external contractors
- Integrations with the systems you work in
- Securing funding and handling the tender
- Maintenance and development after launch
GOTOMA Technology Group
Division of responsibilities
Not every AI project is an infrastructure project. We say so openly, rather than drawing the client into a bigger investment than they need.
We are one Technology Group and we don’t send you back and forth between companies. If you’ve come to the wrong address, we pass the matter on ourselves.

GOTOMA Software House
See more ›When you need to improve a specific process (handling enquiries, working with documents, the flow of cases between systems) and you already have an environment in which it can run.
-
GOTOMA GENERAL
When the environment still has to be designed and built, when data cannot leave your infrastructure, or when the project involves hardware, several locations or external financing.
