AI Act compliance – comprehensive alignment of AI systems

The AI Act applies to every company developing or using AI on the EU market. GOTOMA GENERAL helps your company achieve full alignment with the regulatory requirements.

Contact us

The AI Act is the world’s first comprehensive law regulating artificial intelligence, and it applies to every company that develops or uses AI systems on the EU market. We help align your company with the legal requirements: from classifying the risk of your systems, through implementing technical requirements and documentation, to oversight and maintenance. By combining IT implementation expertise with access to specialists within the GOTOMA Group ecosystem, we provide comprehensive cybersecurity support.

The AI Act (EU Regulation 2024/1689) is directly applicable in Poland and classifies AI systems according to their level of risk. It defines prohibited practices, high-risk systems subject to a full documentation regime, and systems subject to transparency obligations.

Most companies do not know which category their AI tools fall into or what obligations follow from this. We bring order to that and bring the systems into a state that complies with the requirements.

We combine compliance with IT implementation

We are a general contractor providing comprehensive support to achieve the highest possible level of cybersecurity compliance. Thanks to the GOTOMA Group ecosystem, we bring together IT implementation expertise and access to specialist advisors we work with – all within a single project.

You get one point of accountability for the whole thing, without having to coordinate a lawyer, an integrator, and an infrastructure provider yourself.

How do we support companies at every stage?

  • Compliance that works

Not an analysis sitting in a drawer, but requirements implemented directly in your AI systems. We build the AI Act requirements straight into your systems and processes.

  • The AI Act in IT projects

The best time to address compliance is while the AI system is being built. We design compliance together with the solution, before it even becomes an obligation.
