GOTOMA may obtain personal data provided voluntarily by users, including via a publicly available e-mail address, during business contacts and recruitment processes. The GOTOMA website does not contain any other mechanisms used to collect personal data.

If personal data is obtained, GOTOMA processes it in accordance with the GDPR regulations and additional guidelines resulting from the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
