Coordinating the work of multiple medical facilities using similar diagnostic equipment.
The expanding network of medical facilities encountered challenges in organizing work across multiple locations simultaneously. As the number of facilities grew, problems arose with coordinating patient queues and ensuring even utilization of available diagnostic equipment.
The lack of a central management system meant that queues varied in length across facilities, even though patients could access services in different locations. An additional challenge was the need to work with different operating systems for medical devices and exchange diagnostic results between facilities, including partner facilities.
